The rules for using this site and how our programs are offered.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website thelymphlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Overlook Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as The Lymph Labs (“The Lymph Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, booking a call, or submitting information through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site and our products and services, including the LymphoPro device and the LymphoGrow marketing program, are offered to businesses (such as wellness clinics, spas, and similar establishments) and their owners and operators. The Site is not directed to consumers seeking personal treatment, and nothing on the Site is an offer of services to individual consumers.
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The LymphoPro is a wellness device intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no statement on the Site should be read as a medical or therapeutic claim. Clinics that offer sessions using the device are independent businesses solely responsible for their own client screening (including contraindication screening), consents, and compliance with the laws and licensing requirements that apply to them.
Descriptions of our programs on the Site, including any introductory or promotional offers, are summaries only. The specific terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and limitations of any program are set out in the written agreement signed between The Lymph Labs and the participating business. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Statistics referenced on the Site (such as historical show rates) reflect past performance across our programs and are not a promise of future results; individual results vary by market, offer, and operator.
When you book a call or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names (including LymphoPro and LymphoGrow), page designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Overlook Ventures LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services.
The Site uses third-party tools, including scheduling and form services and analytics/advertising platforms, that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overlook Ventures LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations set out in a separately signed agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overlook Ventures LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
